
Homeowners needed our help
The homeowners of this house in Gallatin, Tennessee, called us because they noticed water damage in the area around the chimney.

Chimney Inspection
Leaves and debris was accumulating around this chimney. Together with water leaking in, they caused lots of water damage on the decking below and asphalt shingles deteriorating.

Temporary Repair
A piece of waterproofing material was applied on the leaky spot to stop water from getting inside.

Roof Inspection
Even though we focus on chimney repairs, this spot has many cracks and needs to be addressed soon to prevent further water damage.

Rusty Nails
Dustin discovered rusty nails and shingle weathering while performing a roof inspection.

Inspection of Asphalt Shingles
Dustin found this huge hole when he was inspecting the roof. Shingles should be replaced soon because they show lot of damage.

Roof Inspection
Dustin found some shingles damaged by hail or maybe falling twigs.

Rotten Decking
Water accumulating around the chimney, getting underneath the asphalt shingles caused severe water damage. We had to replace all the rotten decking.

Roof Vents
This roof still has old ventilation and vents that we could replace with new ridge vents and cover the vents with PermaBoots.

We replaced all rotten wood with new decking.

Roof Inspection
Kevin, our general manager, joined Dustin during this roof's inspection.

Water damage. We found bad rotten spots all around the chimney once we removed asphalt shingles.

Installation in progress.. new cricket is coming up fast. We need to add waterproofing layers, shingles and seal everything. This will incredibly help with leading water away from where it would cause damage.

New Flashing
We sealt even the tiniest gap around this new flashing!
