Chuck was courteous and mindful of meeting customers needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure customer was comfortable with the work. Was a great team leader with his crew. He is very patient, kind, and attentive to details. He answered all my questions clearly and consistent with what the sales rep has told me. He was very punctual and arrived 15 minutes early.
