Professional Roof Repair & Replacement Contractors in Brentwood, TN

We were called to inspect a roof on a house in Brentwood, Tennessee. The homeowner noticed a developing leak on the interior wall upstairs. We sent our roof specialist Dustin to find out what the problem may be. 

Dustin arrived and inspected the whole roof from outside and from the attic. He found a detached board on the lower side of the dormer, and determined it was the source of the leak. He also noticed the downspout which should be directing water away from the area, down the roof, wasn't installed properly, so he suggested we can add a new downspout that would work better.

Chuck, our project manager worked fast and had the job done in just 2 hours! He replaced the board on the dormer and installed a new downspout and matched the color of it to match the rest of the gutter system. 

This was a simple repair that only took a couple of hours, but the homeowners will benefit from it for as long as the roof is standing. They saved a lot of money on future repairs of the interior that would have got more damaged by water if untreated.

When our roofing specialist Dustin arrived to the house in Brentwood to inspect a roof, at first sight it looked like everything was alright. However, after a thorough inspection, he discovered several roof leaks in the valleys, around the skylights, and chimney needed new flashing too.

On the demo day, our crew first covered up the yard and property where the roofing materials were falling during the removal. We want to make sure the property stays protected and without any damage during the installation. After the old shingles were removed, they checked the decking for rotten spots and replaced what was damaged with a new decking. Then, a waterproofing layers were installed before the new shingles. The chimney and skylights were re-flashed and new ridge vents installed.
