Dormer Repair in Brentwood, TN

Homeowners in Brentwood, TN noticed a leak on their roof every time it rained when water was getting in the interior of their house. Our project manager Chuck inspected the roof and found that the area around one of the dormers was damaged and needed to be repaired. He also noticed several shingles missing on a few places, which we later replaced. Our roofing crew removed old shingles around the dormer and inspected the roof decking for any rotten wood. A new layer of Sealant XL Ice and Water Barrier was installed to waterproof the area. We sealed all cracks and matched asphalt shingle color with the original roof color. Lastly, we replaced missing shingles with new asphalt shingles and matched the color, so the homeowner wouldn't see the difference!
