These homeowners were due for a new roof and needed some of their decking replaced. The roof looks terrific!
You can see where we were actually able to go in and replace the decking that was beginning to rot. After replacing the decking we went in an taped all the plywood decking seams. This ads an extra layer of protection to the roof.
Next we put velora, which is a synthetic underlayment which covers the rest of the deck.
All of our shingles are IKO and are the highest quality!
