Complete Roof Replacement
At first glance, it's hard to tell there is something wrong with the roof. After a thorough inspection, several extensive rotten spots were found underneath the shingles.

A tarp is always just a very temporary solution.

Rotten Wood
Small leak can cause extensive damage. Often invisible, hidden underneath the shingles.

We always make sure to cover up the surrounding areas to protect them from falling debris.

Ice and Water Membrane
After all plywood seams were properly taped, a peel-and-stick ice and water membrane is installed. With a fully adhered membrane, water that gets under the shingles cannot leak in and runs downhill off the edge of the roof.

Complete Roof Replacement
Once the decking is on it's place and properly taped, fully adhered peel-and-stick membrane is applied up to 6' from the eaves and at valleys. Synthetic underlayment covers the rest of the deck.
