Roof Inspection
We always perform our roof inspections in person. We use a drone to get a better look from above, but we also like to look at the roof from the attic if a house has one. It can often reveal what we can expect during a new roof installation. We like to communicate with homeowners face-to-face, so we can better assist them, and answer all their questions.

Roof Inspection
Here you can see old vent pipes that need to be replaced, as well as the area where shingles got damaged and blown away, most likely during a heavy storm.

Roof Inspection
The peak of the roof would get new ridge vents that would guarantee better airflow of hot air from the attic.

Vents
Old vents would be replaced with new PermaBoots, that are heavy-duty and last much longer.

Storm Damage
Shingles blown away after a storm.

Missing Shingles
If you see missing or damaged shingles on your roof, don't wait any longer, call a professional roofer. You probably already have a roof leak that just hasn't shown on the interior ceiling just yet.
